As per the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW), outdated or superseded content shall not be displayed on the website. Whenever any content is updated or replaced with a newer version, the earlier version shall be moved to the Archives section.
All content contributors shall ensure regular review and updation of content so that only accurate, relevant, and current information is available on the website.
All policies and documents shall display only the latest version. Previous versions shall be moved to the Archives section. Sections such as announcements and tenders shall display only the current active content. Other sections, including documents, schemes, services, forms, and contact details, shall be reviewed periodically in accordance with the Content Review Policy.
